Statler is a 33-year-old fruit bat. He was kept in a small space for several years and used for educational purposes. However, after arriving at the Bat World Sanctuary, his life completely changed. He stays at the “geribatric” ward at the sanctuary with 20 other senior bats. This fruit bat now lives a happy and peaceful life and enjoys delicious snacks with his new friends every day.
