Burger Chef is the name of a burger restaurant that you may recognize from the past. It was created in 1954 by two brothers that had a dream. With their invention of the open flame conveyer belt, they could kick out over 800 burgers in an hour. This led to expansion, which was too much for the company to bear. GM sold off in 1981 to end the era of the Chef.
