Celtic Thunder captures what “The Sound of Silence” is all about

It’s hard to believe that it has been almost 60 years since Simon and Garfunkel first debuted “The Sound of Silence” and over 40 years since the pair sang it together at their Concert in Central Park. But even today, bands continue to cover this legendary, melancholy song, including the band Celtic Thunder. Their performance alongside the Celtic Concert Orchestra is unlike any version you have heard before.
