Tofu is one of the survivors of a shipment of chicks who were abandoned at the post office, originally intended to become backyard chickens. When a kindly postal worker intervened, Tofu wound up at Farm Sanctuary where she helps to spread awareness of the cruelty of using chickens as a food source.
