Chief of Police Colin and his coworkers are kept in line by their supervisor, a cat named The Captain. Having a cat in the office has positively impacted the officers and the community around them. People come to visit just to see The Captain. He is always walking around checking in on people’s work and sometimes distracting them from what they need to do.
