Man with down syndrome owns a restaurant that proudly displays a hug counter

Tim Harris started telling his parents he would own a restaurant one day when he was 14 years old. They took it seriously and helped him all they could. Today, Tim is the first person with Down Syndrome to own a restaurant in the United States.
