When Melanie, the executive director of Ireland’s Seal Rescue, first found Ili Pika, she was stranded at an aquaculture farm and surrounded by loud machinery. So, she and her team took her to the shelter to rehabilitate her. At first, she and her team were concerned that she was too quiet, but it didn’t take long for the feisty baby seal to begin asserting herself in some adorable ways.
