Sammy found a tiny baby hummingbird on a sidewalk and decided to nurse the little one. He named the baby bird Flit. This was the first time Sammy had got a bird, so he had to create a makeshift perch for Flit. The timid and scared bird was glad to find his new dad. She tried to fly after a lot of motivation but was not strong enough. Finally, however, she was ready to be released with time and much love and care from her dad.
